Hello and welcome The Slick Skillet Serenaders are a New Orleans based Pre World War II Era, Ragtime, Blues, Western Swing, Jazz and Jug Band, with a great love for the of jokes and antics of vaudeville. We've been a nationally Touring band since 2011, and have been through many places and phases since then. We've traveled, busked and played shows in all 50 states. Over the years our love for the music we play stays the same as well as our dedication to putting on a great show.
The Slick Skillet Serenaders have a variety of different instrumentation's depending on where and when you see us, as there are dedicated members who have since traveld to othe states. Each member of The Slick Skillet Serenaders have been playing the music we love for years, and have done and are donig so with many different people and bands across the country.
We have a great love and appreciation for the music of the 20's and 30's and the showmanship in which they were preformed. An nothing makes us happier then hanging out, playing music and trading songs and Jokes with friends, old and new.
